COOLERGY S.L. Policy on Gender, Age, National, and Social Relations
COOLERGY S.L., hereinafter referred to as the "Company," adheres to the principle of unconditional equality of genders, nationalities, and social statuses in accordance with the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, and follows this principle in its work and labor relations.
In the field of gender relations, the Company adheres to the principles of non-discrimination and equality. Considering the historical global gender imbalance in labor relations, the Company actively supports the participation of female employees in its operations, creating all necessary conditions for their work, including support for those with small children. Any vacancies within the company, including manual labor positions, may be filled by individuals of any gender, based solely on their level of competence and required professionalism.
The Company opposes improper and aggressive relationships between employees, including intergender relationships. Sexual harassment, bullying, and gender-based discrimination are strictly prohibited and may result in the dismissal of the aggressor employee with possible legal action.
However, the Company does not prohibit personal relationships between employees if they are based on principles of equality and non-discrimination and do not interfere with labor relations.
The Company adheres to the principle of competence and workability of employees regardless of age. The Company is interested in attracting the experience and competencies of employees aged 18 and above, without restrictions, provided their experience and knowledge benefit the Company and its projects.
The Company strongly opposes child labor and does not support relationships with suppliers using child labor or forced labor.
However, the Company actively encourages children and youth's interest in topics related to hydrogen fuel usage, alternative energy, modern transportation, and other technological priorities of the Company. The Company organizes educational events and tours for children and teenagers, participates in national and international scientific and technical projects for children, and offers internships, if necessary, paid, for children and teenagers over the age of 14 at the Company's facilities.
The Company adheres to the principle of hatred towards racism, anti-Semitism, and other forms of national hatred and takes measures against them.
The Company follows the principle of equality for all employees, regardless of their social background and status. The Company does not prevent employees from engaging in political and social activities outside of work if such activity does not contradict the Company's principles regarding gender, age, national, and social equality and current legislation.
All employees are required to observe safety procedures in the workplace, regardless of their gender, age, nationality, or social status. Safety requirements are the same for all employees and visitors to the Company's facilities.
