On February 26, a cooperation agreement was signed between the cities of Kherson (Ukraine) and Tres Cantos. The agreement was signed by the Mayor of Tres Cantos, Jesús Moreno García, and the Deputy Mayor of Kherson, Vitalii Bielobrov.

The municipal leaders discussed potential areas of collaboration, including the creation of a joint entrepreneurship council, the involvement of Tres Cantos companies in Kherson’s post-war reconstruction, and hosting children from the Ukrainian frontline city in Spain during their holidays.

During the visit, the Kherson delegation toured several Tres Cantos-based companies working with Ukraine, including Coolergy S.L., which initiated the partnership between Kherson and Tres Cantos
